Frumptarn Guggen Festmas : 27-29 November 2009
The festival is being held in Barnsley town centre to coincide with the Barnsley German christmas markets, 27th-29th November 2009, there will be various performance areas in the town centre with 5 international guggen bands performing over the weekend.
Friday 27th November will see the start of the Frumptarn Guggen Festmas with international guggen music bands performing in Barnsley town centre from 6pm onwards.
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th will be the main festival days of the Frumptarn Guggen Festmas. International guggen music bands will be performing across three stages in Barnsley town centre from 10:30am to 4:30pm.

Gmendr Gassafetza
Gmendr Gassafetza are based in Barnsley's twin town Schwäbisch Gmünd in Germany and are the hosts Germany's international guggen festival. More information.

Rondo Bellinziano are coming to Barnsley from Bad Bellingen, Germany. More information.
Gugge 2000
Gugge 2000 are the only other guggen music band in the UK, they will be joining us from Bournemouth where they're based. More information.
Chaos Guggen
Chaos Guggen will be joining us at the festival from Plochingen in Germany. More information.
